  • poll: My siblings ...

Gave us/will give us generous gifts.

Gave us/will give us smaller gifts or cards.

Did not give/will not give us gifts because it's not expected.

Did not/will not give us gifts for another reason (explain!).

    Did different things (multiple siblings).

Do not exist. We are only children.

My siblings will be 12 and 18 (for a month) when I get married. I will not receive presents from them because they are too young! I’m totally fine with it!

No, but then again, she’s unemployed. I think my mom felt bad though, so she signed my sister’s name on the card and check that she gave DH and I. DH has two brothers. The single one didn’t get us anything, and the other one and his fiance bought us a smallish gift on our registry.

We got gifts from both his sister and my brother. It was very generous of them.

My siblings gave gifts from our registry that were generous considering their current financial situations, we were not expecting gifts from them. My Brother-In-Law did not get us a gift, but he also had little to no money at the time (college student w/o a job and w/ loans and w/o a wealthy parent to help out like my siblings have…)
