Just curious, did your SO see your dress?
Much to my suprise, I found that as soon as I got home with my dress, I couldn’t wait to show Fiance, and he couldn’t wait to see it. He doesn’t get to see me wearing it until the wedding though… when I’m all bridey.

He got to see it in a picture… on a mannequin. I thought about showing him because we had been thinking of doing a first look anyway. We decided to nix that idea so he won’t get to see it on me until I walk down that aisle. Showing him the pic didn’t really matter because he forgot what it looked like about ten minutes later anyway. I think I had shown him so many random dress pics at that point it was just overload. We used to have fun looking through my magazines at some of the crazier dresses. He kept trying to pick all of the dresses that are… shall we say just not my “taste”?… and telling me I should try those on just to get a rise out of me. I do think there were a few that I showed him as a joke that he said would make a baby cry though…

He has seen pics of the dress on a model and the actual dress when I came home with it. But he has not seen me IN the dress. Not till our wedding 🙂

Fiance has seen the pic of the dress on a model. I had to show him because I was buying another dress. He’s not going to see me in the dress till I walk down the aisle.

no he did not want to see anything, hear anything or have any clue what I was going to look like until I walked down the aisle!

He hasn’t seen it at all and he’s happy to wait. Although, I do dislike that he can’t give me his opinion on shoes since hasn’t seen the dress.

He saw pictures of the dress, was there when I bought it, and was there when I had my first fitting, but he refused to look at me in the dress prior to our wedding day. I would have happily let him look (in fact, I wanted his opinion!), but he’s a little too traditional for that. It did help to have him there with me though and see the dress when it wasn’t on me. He definitely helped me choose, and we did good together. 😉
