Hopefully she was joking!  But yes, people are SO bold when it comes to fishing for invitations!

…uh, what?

That’s more than a little crazy. I can understand situations that might cause that misunderstanding, like if the invitations had actually gone out and maybe the stepdaughter thought she got a plus one and invited her friend (which would still be a rude thing to do) but… This girl can’t even know for sure that her friend’s family is invited, right? Craziness.

WHAT?!?!  I have to say, this made me laugh out loud at the absurdity!

Ugh, what a pain! Hopefully the situation works itself out once save-the-dates/invitations are sent out and she doesn’t receive one!

We had sent out all our invitations (we sent them out super early because its a destination wedding for Jan 2013 and wanted people to be able to save money) and about a month after they were sent out we got a messageon Facebook from a guy we know as an acquaintance asking us when the dates were that we fly out and fly home because he wanted to get his vacation request in for our wedding…..I was floored haha I just simply wrote back explaining that it was a small family and good friends wedding. Like what the heck? who does that? haha I still laugh about it!
