Go you!! You can do it!! I’ve lost almost 10 lbs since the beginning of January JUST from eating better (aka, realizing that I had zero veggies/fruits in my typical diet and changing that) and working out a few times a week. You can do it!!! If ever need any encouragement, don’t hesitate to PM me! πŸ™‚

Also, I use thedailyplate to track what/how much i eat- definitely puts things into perspective when I want that extra snack or am tempted to cheat. πŸ™‚
