Hello Fellow Bees! So i posted last thursday that I am starting a life changing “diet”. I am overweight adn ready to get healthy! With the help from a fellow bee i have decided to go 5 days writting down everything I eat and what time and my emotions while eating (before changing any eating habbits, so i can help analyze my behaviors). In my post on thursday I said I would keep you wonderful supporting ladies posted on my progress. I will not post what i ate all weekend bc that is pretty boring. Just by sharing this with my fellow bee that i am working together with i have noticed many opportunities to improve my diet.
I will start posting what i am eating everyday on my “diet” on Mondays. This will help me keep myself in check. Also, if you are real bored you could read it and give me any suggestions you have to improve my diet 😀
If you hate diet posts and think this is boring please just ignore my posts and i apologize but I need to hold myself accountable and this is the only way i can think of how to do this. I have NO excuses!!! I am overweight and unhealthy and I need to change my life now while I am still young and fairly healthy despite my weight.

Todays weight-230lbs (that time of the month…eeekk)
Jan 1 2011-185lbs
I CAN do this.I am doing this the old fashioned way with a healthy diet and exercise. If anyone has any success stories, encouraging words, or helpful hints please feel free to PM me or post on here!
