I’m looking for help from the knowledgable bees, as usual!
I need to make an appointment with a dietician to see if not eating enough is contributing to my lack of a period since going off the pill (day 111 of my cycle, now). I don’t know if I should see the regular dietician, or one of the sports nutritionists who are also available for consultations with regular active people. They mostly work with varsity student-atheletes, and I am certainly not one of those! I work out (fairly vigorously) for 30 minutes-1 hour 5-6 days a week. I’m specifically concerned with whether I’m getting in adequate calories to sustain my amount of activity.
