(Closed) dieting… how do you handle the hunger?

@stargazer102706:  Try eating protein for breakfast. I find if I have cereal for breakfast I am hungry in a hour or two. Currently I have milk and chicken for breakfast, and it keeps me full until lunch.

I don’t know what is in lean cuisine, but I can eat one and be hungry an hour later! I would be better off with more chicken or lean protein than one of those.

The best thing I did for my diet was start eating leftover dinner for my lunch. That meant I was always eating something healthy for lunch, always had something prepared to eat and therefore wasnt tempted to eat something bad for me.

I eat a lot of soups, chicken and vegetable stir fry, salads with chickpeas to help fill me up and if I eat pasta, it has a lot of vegetables, no cheese or creamy sauces. 

Also – if it comes in a box and says its healthy, its probably not. Always opt to make your own food rather than buy it. It will be cheaper and healthier that way!

@stargazer102706:  Chewing gum, green tea, diet coke amd low calorie candy (two flumps=60 cal).
