@eacooley:  I personally would just choose a shoe color and have the girls pick out their own shoes – I’m not sure that uniformity is actually that big a deal.  All that being said, I think Nine West will sometimes have the same pair of shoes (or very close to) in different heights!

I’m not sure if they still have it but Shoedazzle did have a line of shoes with different heel heights. They had kitten heels, 3″ and 5″ all in the same style and few different colours. I haven’t been on there in a while though so they might not have it anymore.

I agree with the previous poster too. Just pick and colour and let them pick their shoes… at least then they can guarantee that they wear them again.

Can you just pick a color & style? (silver strappy open toe or nude, patent closed toe)

If you want to be that specific, I think the only option it the custom route – check out Milk and Honey or Shoes of Prey

Personally, I think you should just choose a color and let the girls choose their own shoes. That way they all find shoes that are comfortable for them and look nice.

Yes, but bear in mind that this means that they’ll be on the pricey side. Milk and Honey, and Shoes of Prey are definitely custom footwear sites you can check out. I would also check out some of the custom Etsy sellers like Parisxoxox (or w/e it is)

And of course there is Aruna Seth …. who makes incredibly expensive, beautiful shoes usually in the 500 pound price range, but comes in heel heights of 70mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm and 130mm (and you could probably custom even beyond that)
