    Girl, you can totally pull off the spring colors in December.  It’s ARIZONA!  It will be fine.  Our winter is like everyone elses spring anyway.  I say, DO IT!

    I’m lost.  You’ve changed your date three times already (I followed your posts on theKnot) and you’re considering changing it again because you think your dress is more suited for spring?

    You need to pick your direction and commit. If I had unlimited time and money there are probably 100 dream weddings/venues/dresses I could choose. But I don’t and neither do you.

    You can do that scheme in December in Arizona, no problem.  I wouldn’t change the date again.

    @cherryblossomlove:   But you were also an October 2012 bride on the Knot.  I was a member of that board as well.

    @sooner365 : no I don’t think it will be cheesey at all!

    Um, yeah I’m not actually actively planning right now.  The date I have is just a placeholder LOL I just picked some random Saturday. We’ll get married some day 🙂 But most likely they’ll end up being purple & blue, and I have no idea what season we’ll get married in.  His favorite color is blue, mine is purple, so there ya go Smile

    Keep the date! You can do spring in December.  They are just colors! Besides, I was dying for a winter wedding (hence the December 31 wedding date….in Missouri) and it ended up being 75 degrees and sunny.

    @KatyElle:  This!

    I originally wanted a fall, rustic themed wedding in late October.  Fiance wanted summer, so I settled for his date and he settled for my location (beach).  I often have a longing for an outdoor fall wedding… and sometimes I even wish I was having a December wedding (since I had also mentally planned for a Christmas time wedding).  In the end, I’ve just had to settle for the fact that this summer, beach wedding is the wedding I’m getting.  Everyone is prepared to attend our wedding in July and I’ve really been able to incorporate a lot of the things I love into this wedding.
