I prefer beef, but many more people like chicken I think. Plus, it’s more affordable for you. I would go with the chicken!

I almost always choose chicken, unless there is a fish option available.  I feel like wedding beef is rarely done well…it’s very difficult for a caterer to cook that many pieces of meat to the temperature preferred by each guest.  And I don’t like well-done beef, so I usually skip it entirely.

Even though I don’t personally care for chicken in banquet settings (it never seems to get cooked properly which is not safe if it is undercooked), that will be the better option since many people do not like horseradish even if they like everything else with the other option.
