We have decided to have only one option for the entree. It will be a filet and one large shrimp stuffed with crabmeat served with mashed potatoes and you help pick the additional side and salad.
Please let me know if you have any thoughts on only offering one option.
Thank you so much!!

Just curious. Do you have a backup plan for vegetarians and the numerous people out there with shellfish allergies?

@linz09: Thank you!!!
@mrsSonthebeach: I do they are going to have a few vegetarian options made for just that reason

I voted Mediterranean salad and grilled asparagus. Sounds yummy!

I say the field green salad and the seasonal veggies. Pick whatever will appeal to the broadest range of guests!

I picked the caesar salad, but I dont shelled sea food or fish so I wouldnt be able to eat your entree option, cant you have a chicken option since most people eat chicken

Caprese salads (tomato, mozz, basil) are my favorites! I haven’t seen them offered at a wedding before, so I voted for that. Its one of my go-to meals 🙂 For the side, definitely delicious asparagus.

@finallytheone: I vote for the flame roasted veggies and plainest salad. I think your option is fine as long as you have a vegetarian dish available which you say you do and that you can ask to have some prepared without the shellfish reliably. I’m allergic and have to be careful with that kind of thing that they don’t just take it off one.

Caesar salad and steamed veggies (universal appeal).

@finallytheone: Can carnivores still have the filet even if they have seafood allergies or does serving them together mean they are prepped together? Fiance would have a cow of his own if he couldn’t have the filet because of his seafood allergy.
