i think it sounds delicious and now im hungry! thanks a lot!

haha but really – those are fabulous choices – everyone always says be sure to have a pasta or chicken dish for anyone who doesnt eat fish pork or red meat but you know your guests best. i personally went with a chicken fish and pork. but if their chicken isnt so yummy i say your choices are fine.

I think your choices sound delicious.  And those cupcake options make me so hunnngrrry!  I think the 50 for the red velvet and lemon is good, because while I LOVE love love red velvet, not everyone does, so doing more vanilla and chocolate is a good plan.

I love it. I wouldn’y worry about a chicken option. Turkey is enough. I would add a very nice salad in case you have any vegetarians.

 I love the cupcake idea. For my friends wedding we are going to do cupcakes as well. I am making Carrot cake cupcakes, Rhubarb cupcakes, Blueberries and cream cupcakes, Boston Creme cupcakes, Raspberry marble cheesecake cupcakes, coconut cupcakes, Banana Pecan cupcakes, Streusel cupcakes, Lavendar iced brownie cupcakes, Cherry cobbler cupcakes, Lemon meringue cupcakes, Death by chocolate cupcakes, Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcakes. I love the white with Strawberry filling. Would you mind sharing your recipe?

My friend is having 250 people and the caterer told her to figure 2-3 cupcakes a piece as she is having no other form of dessert and they will be left out for people to take more throughout the reception. Weddings in her family tend to last 5-6 hours so I plan to make 1000 cupcakes. She is purchasing bakery boxes so any leftovers can be easily gotten rid of.
