Im getting a bit of an Italian vibe from the rest of your menu.

I would go with : Italian Veggies and either Baked Mostaccioli or Linguini with Vodka or Marinara sauce.

(and now I am hungry)

Okay, well I would change it to 

I was just in italy actually, going to Milan next weekend.

Salad : Caprese Salad, Aubergine Parmigiana

Bread : Buns & Honey Butter [I’m going to request buns instead of bread]

Appetizer 1: Feta cheese and berry salad, Shaved Fennel with Blood Oranges and Pecorino

Appetizer 2 : Bruschetta (Garlicky tomato bruschetta & Muchroom bruschetta [seriously, so good]) or Meatballs?

Entrée : Parmesan Chicken [Topped with mozzy & covered in marinara] or Gnocchi with ricotta and spinach

Vegetable : Crispy Polenta Fingers With Herbs and Sun-dried Tomatoes, stuffed artichokes?

Starch : Wild mushroom risotto?
