I made a special type of chicken stock, and I don’t know what to do with it!
It’s basically a "coq-au-vin" chicken stock (wine-braised chicken thighs, a stick of cinnamon, onions, carrots, celery, bay leaf, peppercorn, and juniper berries).
I normally make some sort of chicken soup with stock (like adding extra carrots and some rice), but I don’t know what to do with this stock!
Any ideas? 🙂
