Soup and rice.  Haha.  We sound impoverished but it was warm and tasty.  🙂

Beef stew!  And it was even better cause my mom cooked it and sent us some leftovers!  It was delicious!

I’ve had a horrible night, meal wise!

For lunch I had delicious leftovers – black bean and grilled steak tacos with wild rice.  So healthy and tasty!

After work I went to the gym and promptly at 2 fruit by the foots, a bowl of popcorn, and a bowl of brown rice.  So random.  I need my husband’s season to come over so I cook real food again.

Now I want beef stew.  Dangit.

I made some crispy oven baked chicken that my husband likes and tried a risotto for the first time tonight to go along with it and it turned out great. Smile

@Mrs. DG:  I love french onion, but I think cabbage soup is my favorite.  I still can’t copy my moms, I dream about that soup.
