I think yo should tell the guests abou the fee. You can write

£10 parking available at the hotel.

I think you can just put it cleary out there.  People will appreciate it.

I am saying something like:

“For guests driving to our event, the easiest parking options are:”

and then I gave info for the three closest paid parking, along with rates.

For my section about accommodations, I put it right on there for the hotel – “This hotel does charge for parking ($13/day for self-park, and $17/day for valet)”

Is the reception held at the hotel? Or is this just for a hotel block you’ve made?

To me, if your reception is at a hotel y’all should be covering parking.

There’s a parking garage at our venue (ceremony and reception at the same place) and we’re paying for all parking because I don’t think my guests should have to.

With that being said, if I knew I was attending a wedding where the reception was at a hotel I’d have $20 in cash on me because parking isn’t free, typically.
