I’m stuck on the direction cards and no clue what to do and write.
My ceremony is different from the reception, what and how do i word the direction card?
There is also a £10 all day parking fee at the hotel, how do i tell the guest so they are not surprised on the day.
I’m just generally stuck on the direction card and it is getting me worked up and frustrated.
Can please please point me in the right directions with examples, if possible

I think yo should tell the guests abou the fee. You can write
£10 parking available at the hotel.

I think you can just put it cleary out there. People will appreciate it.
I am saying something like:
“For guests driving to our event, the easiest parking options are:”
and then I gave info for the three closest paid parking, along with rates.
For my section about accommodations, I put it right on there for the hotel – “This hotel does charge for parking ($13/day for self-park, and $17/day for valet)”

Is the reception held at the hotel? Or is this just for a hotel block you’ve made?
To me, if your reception is at a hotel y’all should be covering parking.
There’s a parking garage at our venue (ceremony and reception at the same place) and we’re paying for all parking because I don’t think my guests should have to.
With that being said, if I knew I was attending a wedding where the reception was at a hotel I’d have $20 in cash on me because parking isn’t free, typically.
