At Josephjewelry, this ring looks quite thin, but is beautifully engraved:
i see on their website that they even have some very thin stacking wedding bands less than 2mm that they’ve engraved and added pave diamonds I think you just need to keep looking for the right jeweler to get the ring you want

mishybear : They have some beatiful stuff, but I’m afraid its outta my pricerange 🙁

Beautiful ring! I can see the design, here is my hand engraved band that is 2mm. Im bot sure why you are being told it has to be 3mm wide, get what you love.

In case you’re still looking at all, I think this site has a decent selection.

Victor canera gave away a band identical to what you want! Check out him
His insta from his giveaway said 1400$ value. So I’m guessing prices around there.

VictorianChick : It looks pretty! It looks like the flash on the camera has washed out the design perhaps? Have you seen it in person? For what it’s worth have you looked at Brilliant Earth? I looked at their scroll designs before I was even engaged because I had no clue what I wanted, they had many pretty ones. There are more than I’ve shown but here’s a sampling.
I suck at posting pics on here, but here’s a link. I remember noticing the Hudson

sweatergal007 : I wore the ring today to see if I liked it or not. In natural light you can see the soft scroll design. Its it bold? No. But then again its 2.2. I think the flash did wash it out and the light from above.
scissorgirl : I asked for a closer up pic…cause I am intrested…but alas they won’t zoom up on the detail. However, you are right it looks just like the ring I have.

2mm and platinum:) I’ve always loved these ones

This is my wedding ring 😊 pictured is 3mm but I have ordered in 2mm because, like you, I prefer daintier rings

I think it’s stunning. I saw from your previous posts on dresses and your username that you are not into all the typical conventional 2016 stuff, so I think the fact this is a faded design just adds authenticity and a genuine vintage element that is very you.

Mine is 2.5mm and you can see the engraving clearly however it’s a diamond cut design not scroll

I think the scroll is clear to see, if you want a much more pronounced effect I think PP suggestion of a cut out design would be a good option.

The jeweler who made mine (mine is custom with engraving and diamonds) said that there’s an issue engraving very intricate patterns on too narrow a band.
But if you don’t have a thickborder then it doesn’t look very wide at all.

leonatigra : You are right. It is who I am, I think, It fits perfectly too.
Thanks ladies. After much thought I’ve decided that it will be my wedding band. I was dissapointed at first because the lights in the house didn’t show off teh scroll work, but in natural light and at work you can see it easly. Its a keeper. I’m glad that I could add to my antique collection 🙂
Thanks for everyone’s help. Sometimes its good to hear it from other people if you are being crazy or not!
