We booked out Honeymoon today.
Staying at Port Orleans Riverside for 18 nights, next September.
We’re just curious, if you have also honeymooned at Disney, did you get any special treatment, and what suggestions do you have to make it as special as possible?

@chicbride14: Thanks! We’re flying from London, so it’s a long way to go, so we may as well make the most of it!!
We was looking at adding clearwater to the end of 2 weeks at Disney, but it just worked out too expensive and we couldn’t get transfers, so 18 nights in Disney it is!

@FutureMrsT2013: wow, 18 nights!!
my ex was a Disney aficionado of sorts…all I can really say is that there is like a whole secret society with serious Disney-goers. And there is tons of info on available on different online communities dedicated to Disney.
I’m not much help so I do apologizeBut I would definitely let your hotel know and possibly contact Disney directly asking them about perks for honeymooners.

This couple got engaged at disney and honeymooned there; they’ve also been on multiple other trips. His photography is so lovely and they have a lot of information & tips!

I’ve gone to Florida twice last year and we always go to Disney for a day! It’s so magical 🙂 My sister went there on her honeymoon.
Once you get inside the magic kingdom you should go to the town hall on main street and let them know it’s your honeymoon to get a button that says “Happily Ever After”. You can get so many keepsakes at the parks as well. They have bride and groom mouse ears, bride and groom christmas ornaments among MANY other things.
Have fun! 🙂
