Sunscreen. Lots of it. I brought a collapsable water bottle and it was really useful – no buying three dollar water~

We’re going in August, so I’m excited to see what people come up with!

I’m thinking athletic clothes for during the day and some nice outfits to go out to eat in, granola bars, etc to help save money on snacks, and Fiance wants to bring a bottle of vodka to save on drinks when we’re at the hotel…haha

PONCHOS!!!  It rains sporadically and while there will be vendors all over the place prepared to sell them to you, you should just save yourself a few bucks and get them from WalMart.

I second sunscreen – maybe even a hat, definitely comfortable shoes, and a towel.

aaah disneyland! my favorite place! we go there so much every year. we even had our engagement pics taken there in feb! looool

when are you goin??

you will need a sweatshirt. anaheim weather is WEIRD! it gets really hot, then breezy, then cold, then back to hot! it will probably be a bit chilly at night. if you are going for multiple days, bring different shoes so your foot won’t be soar in all the same places. if you have allergies, bring your claritin, your zyrtec, whatever you take. i always get really bad allergies… from the santa ana winds! deodorant! and those disposable toothbrush things! lol you can store all these in the locker so you don’t have to drag it around. bring flipflops for the hotel! and it’s also comfy for me too on hot days at dland. a closed shoe just gets so hot for me. if you wanna save money, bring in some snacks… they don’t really care about food you bring in to the park. we never do this cuz disneyland has good snacks… but pricey. don’t forget to try the turkey legs! sunglasses!

make sure to get your first time buttons!

if you have anymore questions just let me know!

@rachelmarie220: yup. are you going to both california adventure and disneyland?

first thing you should do is get on indiana jones or get the fast pass cuz this is the most ridiculous line ever! unless you get a fast pass for it at night, when the park is almost closing. splash mountain is a good cool off ride. the line for this ride is ridiculous on hot days.

fast pass is the key!

if you want to dine and have really good food. make reservations for blue bayou. it’s inside pirates of the carribean… it’s like you’re in new orleans. it’s a lot of $$$.
