We did our honeymoon in June in Disney and it was awesome. Yes it was warm but it was surprisingly not that crazy crowded like I expected. We also looked at crowd calculators online to see which parks were recommended which days and I think that helped a lot.

I’ve also been in September, October, and February. Hands down going at the end of October/beginning of November was the best time.

I’ve gone to Disney in May and February and I loved both. Honestly, I’ve heard early June, when many kids are still in school, isn’t as bad as late/mid June. But if I could choose ANY time of year (if I didn’t have school Sept-April!) I would definitely go in October: lower crowds AND the Food and Wine Festival in Epcot!! And very lovely weather.

I’m going to Disney on my honeymoon in May, too: I hope you have an incredible time!

Disney in October is wonderful! Especially with the Food and Wine Festival and the Halloween party.  Enjoy! We are leaving Saturday, and I can’t wait.  Fiance has never been, and he is so excited!

I went to Disneyland Paris for a day on my honeymoon last week (not the same as Florida I know!) But still, i’d never been before and I have to say it was my favourite day of the week!!! It was so much fun and so romantic. I loved it!

@Future_Mrs.H:  I say this in the least creepiest way possible, but my fiance and I are going to Disney World in October too! Maybe we will see you there! We’ll be the week after October 5!

@Future_Mrs.H:  I love, love, love Disney and have been there a ton of times, but it is a LOT of work. If you’re ok with a walking (to the point of blisters and waking up to sore feet), site-seeing (think “go, go, go”) heavy trip and you guys like rides, shows, etc, then this is a great idea. If you’d prefer something more low key (laying on a beach, drink with tiny umbrella in hand), then this is not the honeymoon trip for you.

In June it will be extremely hot and the crowds are at their height (kids out of school).

Have fun planning!

I’m thinking about going to disneyworld for our honeymoon also. I’ve been to disneyland 20+ times but never disneyworld. My Fiance only went to disneyland ONCE and it was 2 years ago! He isn’t so keen on the idea but i’m trying to persuade him…lol. we would either go first or second week of october which seems pretty popular on here!

@Future_Mrs.H:  I thought I was gonna die when I went in June. It was packed and insanely hot. October is a great suggestion.
