I loved having them for my wedding, but I do have to warn you that (at least where I am) more and more developing places are going to digital only and won’t develop disposable cameras anymore.  It might be worth doing some searching to see if you can find enough digital cameras to put on your tables for a price that is within your budget.

If you want to see them, I posted a thread with my disposable camera pics here:  http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/recap-part-11-disposable-camera-pictures

I did this for my wedding for the kids. I didn’t get any of them back. LOL. It’s okay, as long as it entertained the kids and kept them from having meltdowns I was happy.

We were thinking of doing disposable cameras but then decided to get personalized pencils instead so guests just cross items off of the I Spy list (: In my area film costs way too much to develop!

I would only do it if the cost were negligible enough that it doesn’t matter if the plan turns out poorly.  Because sometimes the disposable cameras walk off, never to be seen again, and sometimes people have a little too much to drink and start taking pictures of absolutely stupid stuff.

Nowadays so many people will bring their own digital cameras with them that, if fun candid photos from the guests are what you’re after, you’ll be able to get those anyway.
