They should not be making you stressed more then you are already as a bride planning her upcoming wedding you have enough stress in your life and they are just adding to it…so I say drop them…they have done nothing but bring negativity to you and your wonderful experience.  They may have some financial issues they didn’t tell you about, if they had shared it with you I would have been more forgiving, but as your posts suggests they have failed to show to your appointments, complained about their dresses and are making arrangements to pay for their shoes in installments….Let me ask you this…is your friendship to them in installments?  NO, therefore I say let them go…see if you can get a close cousin or other relative to fill in for them…I was only go to have one bridesmaid (Maid of Honor myself, before Fiance decided he wanted all his friends to be in the wedding party)…Good Luck hope this helps and you find a solution…

Honestly, it sounds like they’re jealous and taking it out on you accordingly.  Which, IMO, is unacceptable.  As your friends, they should be happy for you and willing to support you no matter what.

But here’s the thing… if you do attempt to talk to them about these issues or kick them out, be prepared for a huge backlash.  It could very well be the end of both friendships.  Just think about that and decide if it’s worth it to you before making a move. If you do decide to confront them, don’t do it when you’re angry– give yourself time to settle down and be rational first.  Good luck!
