I think light tulle sleeves would look very good with your dress! Davids bridal also sells sleeves fairly reasonably if you just wanted ot buy some premade!

thats actuallyb pretty simple to do its simply gathered tulle , when u add it just remember to turn the gown inside out so you dont sew to the front of the dresss which will be extremely noticeablebut thatskind of self explanatory. if u want more help def pm so i can help u

yeah I think those tulle sleeves would be VERY light & super easy to DIY…

Was there a reason you thought they would be heavy?

@HeLovesMexo:  i dont think so, because a strapless dress is designed to stay up without any sleeves. so surely the sleeves you add will be more decorative than functional?
