@sarasouth:  Such a cute idea! Did you make those or is that a picture that inspired you?

i love that idea! Something practical, wedding related, and good for the environment!

Ive only been to one wedding and the favor didn’t get taken becuase they weren’t at the place setting. They were off to the side on a table, without a sign or anything. I would either put one at each place setting or make a quick little sign so guests know to take one- you could even have the DJ announce it if you are having one

@sarasouth:   Your favors look great! I bookmarked the instructions for these when we first got engaged. I don’t know if we’ll end up doing them but I love the idea.

@scottsouth:  Awesome! Thanks! My mom loves her birds, so these would make a good mother’s day present for her 🙂

were doing the same ones!! and were doing paper bags too! i did find that you have to let them dry for a couple days also and keep flipping them! then we froze ours in sealed plastic bags (during a trial run we did this and took them out a few days later so see how they hold up after being thawed, they were a little fragile but still held together nicely) but yeah the biggest tip is make sure they dry completly otherwise the will mold!

@scottsouth:  I love this idea! Where did you get your paper bags?
