Tulle at any fabric store, if they don’t have enough they will order it. It’s between 1-3 per yard depending on your area and sales. Flower petals, dollar tree has them depending on the color you want. Dollar tree also has a website and they will deliver for free to a local dollar tree store if you order online.

Akbridezilla:  I ordered most of the tulle (for chair sashes) through amazon.

I did GO to a fabric store first and ordered there. The woman at the store meausred wrong and it turned out I need 3x what I orginally ordered. At her price I just couldnt fathom spending that ON DIY sashes (9 dollars per chair seemed astronomical) so we ended up ordering through amazon (after I knew the manufacturer and color I wanted). It came quicker and cheaper than the fabric store we originally ordered from. I’d order the petals online as well. You just can get cheaper than online.

I used bbcrafts for my ribbon, but I think they sell tulle in bulk too.  Not sure on the flower petals though.
