I really need some advice/opinions here. I’m making a DIY brooch bouquet, and am really not that good at it apparently. I feel like this looks odd/unsymmetrical, but I may be a little bit OCD and/or crazy. Sorry, the pictures aren’t so great because they were taken with my cell phone.. Please let me know what you think!!

It looks good, but you need a lot more brooches. I am planning on making my own brooch bouquet too and I know I want at least 25 brooches!
Your brooches are also small so you need more, I am looking for big brooches to fill in the gaps.

It’s hard to tell from the pics as the bottom pic looks perfectly round but the other don’t. Just make sure it is even. If you wnata “brooch” bouquet, I would add more brooches. If you are happy to have brooches as accents, then I would incorporate some other silk flowers also.

@happyface: I was going for more of a brooch bouquet with silk hydrangea as filler. I didn’t want an absolute ton of brooches, I wanted it to be more simple.
I’m actually just curious if you guys think that the brooches/buttons on it all look okay together–do they seem to match or do they look silly?

I’m actually digging the spin on this bouquet. I like the look of using the brooches as accents on the flowers. I would add a bit more though. Great start!
