I think it looks great. My husband learned basic calligraphy in middle school art class and so he did all our envelopes! They weren’t all perfect, but they were cute and people liked them. Way better than my chicken scratch!

Congratulations!!!!!!  As a professional Calligrapher of over 20 years (yay 1990s liberal arts electives lol) , I fully approve!   Another homemade light box trick is, if you don’t have a glass table, use a large framed picture you don’t like anymore.  Remove the picture so you have the frame and the glass.  Prop the frame & glass up then put a small flashlight underneath.  Also, a $3 roll of blue painter’s tape from Home Depot will keep your envelopes in place, but pull off without damaging the paper.  Best of luck, they will be beautiful!
