Check out the Cardbox section of the DIY part of WB. I just looked and it has pages and pages of how to make a cardbox on there.

I made one for a friend of mine when she got married. I used different size hat boxes from Michaels and stacked them like a tiered wedding cake. Then, I decorated it similar to what the actual wedding cake was going to look like (with ribbon along the bottom and artificial flowers).

I’m not crafty at all. I bought a roll of designer wrapping paper ($5 with 40% Michaels coupon), some wide ribbon ($3) and stole a large shoe box from my mum. Cut hole in top of shoe box, line up wrapping paper to nicely cover the hole (an Exacto knife might be useful to line it up and not make a wretched mess) and wrap like a present. Tie the bow on top, and voila!

I just finished mine.  I found the perfect card box online but they wanted $125.00 for it.  I created this copy for under $40.00.

I found square boxes at The Container Store in the gift wrap section.  I have 3 tiers, cut a hole in the bottom of the 2nd and the top of the bottom.  I also cut a slot in the middle box so people can slip the cards inside and they will fall to the bottom box.  I wraped all of them in wraping paper and used ribbon to decorate and look like a gift!
