what about shoe boxes? The bottom one is bigger like a box for boots and the middle one for perhaps sneakers but square rather then long. The top just looks like a jewelry gift box. This is all I could come up with unless you googled gift boxes and you’ll find a bunch on there. Hope this helps a little! Good luck

Try looking photo storage boxes at Michaels.  That’s were I ended up finding mine on clearance for like 3 bucks.

Since I was wrapping it in wrapping paper anyway I didnt care what the color on the outside was so I just found a cheap one with a lid that was  the right size and shape.  Then I just used a box cutter to cut a slot in the top of the lid and wrapped it all with wrapping paper to make it look like a gift and then put ribbons on it.

If you are planning on covering the box with paper or fabric, Bed, Bath and Beyond has some cube boxes that are about a foot high that work great as wedding card boxes if you make a slit in the top like bridediy described.

Sorry, forgot to mention that these boxes are the ones that Bed, Bath and Beyond gift wrap their items in, not ones that are actually sold in the store.
