idk what your theme, or formality is…but i’d go with votives, or petals, or those blingy ice things. walmart has that stuff on clearance these days. i kno my local walmarts are pretty much phasing out wedding stuff. that, or it’s taking them 2 months to get new stuff in!

@luvalways86: i’m having long tables. the venue is providing plain ivory table linen and ivory chair covers (and coloured sashes) and i’m buying a contrasting table runner from ebay to each table. i’m having wooden letters spelling out titles of our favourite love songs painted white down the length of each table with led tea-lights and scattered petals. its costing me £70 for all 6 tables. no pics as this is all in my head at the moment.

you could either do something like this

so the cetrepieces run constant down the tables but yes this will cost a lot more.

or something more spread out one centrepiece per 8 guests should be plenty.

mason jars with candles in them can be inexpensive and dramatic at the same time

This is what I did, people loved my centerpieces (thank god) and said it was nice, not too much, just nice and simple.

I just set out candles, which were GREAT I got them at Save on Crafts.com they only fill the wax about 1/4 or 3/4 of the way up that way you don’t have to worry about someone tipping them over and starting a fire.

UGH, freakin WB won’t let me upload my pics they are larger than 5 mb.  If you want you can give me your e-mail and I can send you the pics of what I did.
