So i am attempting to make my own chocolate covered almonds! The ones at the store are so hard and funky, so i thought, i could do that… I was wondering though, how do i keep the chocolate on the bottom of the almond from flattening while it cools?
I am making also small solid butterfly chocolates and nut filled treats, but these come with a mold so they are not too hard… but i could definitely use suggestions with the almonds! Thanks!
