We did not use stock in our centerpieces but my bouquet had some. It is considered a filler flower, but I have seem them on their own and think they are so pretty — definitely an underrated flower. They sort of remind me of a sweet pea, astilbe, freesia mix. They are cheap, but fragnant and pretty hardy. The ones in my bouquet died pretty quickly the next day but as long as they are in water they should last a few days. I personally prefer them over the popular (but boring, imo) hydrangeas that you see as an equivalent cheaper alternative.
