WOW! As you promised, you did a very thorough tutorial! You are totally patience and very creative. Maybe you can post the boards link in the DIY section for other bees who may not check the boards section as often?

I just wanted to comment for the person that asked about tulle..  I had a dress with a tulle outer layer that was bustled, and someone stepped on the edge during the reception and ripped it right out of the bustle! Tulle is really fragile so just be aware that it can really easily pull out of the bustle.
