That’s super cute! I pinned this tutorial a few days ago for something similar, although I haven’t tried it yet. It’s not as quick as yours, but it uses glow in the dark paint, so it’s “rechargeable.”

@bakerella:  I don’t know about the dollar store, but you can find it at Home Depot / Lowes in the spray-paint section. 

It’s about $12 for a small jar, but it goes a long way.
