I haven’t made mine yet but after reading a lot of reviews I’m definitely going with Blurb or MyPublisher.

I made one through Shutterfly.  It was free with my dress purchase at David’s Bridal so I only paid 12.99 for the shipping.

I’m currently making mine with Blurb.  I really like how they offer a “portrait” layout because I dont’ really like the “landscape” layouts that most companies offer (the only size they offer is 8″ wide x 10″ tall).

I’m making a collage of photos on the left side and adding lines to the right side.  It’s been really easy to work with so far and I love how it’s coming out!

I used Blurb for mine. It was really easy to use the software to put the book together and I loved the printing on the hard cover. People really loved it. The paper was of good quality and I provided fine-tipped, multi-colored Sharpies for writing in it. The ink didn’t bleed through. I’ve heard others suggest using scrapbooking pens or markers for this.

My only complaint — and this is probably along the lines of “you get what you pay for” is that the photos printed darker than they actually are. In the scheme of things this was pretty minor but I’ve heard other Blurb users have the same complaint.
