i love the look!

the wording seems a little off to me — i would put:

john and jane smith

invite you to share in the celebration at the wedding of their daughter

or invite you to celebrate at the wedding of their daughter

putting “join in marriage” after your names is just gramatically confusing.

Looks great and the wording is fine as is.

I love the look and I think the wording is fine! But if your last names are the same as your parents’, I don’t think you need to have yours and his last names added a second time. This is a moot point if you don’t share your parents’ last names.

But, for example, less redundant to have:

John and Jane Smith invite….

Jessica Marie

&

Kurtis Lee

…John and Jane Doe

than to have

John and Jane Smith invite….

Jessica Marie Smith &

Kurtis Lee Doe

…John and Jane Doe

I’m just going by your 2 groupings of X’s!

Sounds excellent! Maybe my Public Service Announcement will help out someone else. Wink I really do love your invites; I’m glad ours turned out cute as well or I would be seriously jealous right about now!
