I don’t really understand what’s wrong, but from the picture, they look okay?  However, the mail service is notorious for wrecking things, so I’d follow up with at least a few people to make sure the invitiations got there okay.

Did you already send them?  I have some suggestions if you still have them.

I don’t think the post office will be able to tell you if they had any issues. If they are getting caught in machines, it is more likely at the regional sorting office than the post office your brought them to. I think there is always a risk if they are not flat but, generally they don’t get thrown out. The Post Office does try to get first class mail to its destination, even more so for wedding invites. As a kid, I heard the story of how my parents’ wedding invites arrived to some guests in plastic bags as they had gotten caught up in some machine. My mom only found out when one her Future Mother-In-Law got one in a baggie and showed it to her. Only a handful were effected but they did technically arrive. I don’t want to scare you but hoped that story would give you a good laugh.

@Tina.Baker:  Tina, I think it will be fine.  Worst case scenario, some of them don’t arrive complete.  When you don’t hear back re: their RSVP (or you hear of people not receiving them), you can check in with them via phone or email.  It will be a bummer – but a survivable bummer!  Think positive, and remember at the end of the day, you’ll be MARRIED to the love of your life!!!  It will be a great day for you.
