Kinkos will let you bring your own paper (or use theirs – they have tons of cardstock options), print, and cut them down for you.  You could fit a couple to a page that way to minimize printing costs.

I used mercurio brothers. They will digitally print custom size and have reasonable prices. However, they are doing the cutting. So you can’t send them pre-cut paper.

You aren’t going to be able to find a professional print shop to print on pre-cut/non-standard-size paper. But like a PP poster suggested, shops like Staples, Kinko’s, Office Depot, etc. can all print multiples to a page and then cut them down for you.

I *think* they have envelopes… try talking to a manager maybe?  I’ve been had people help who just started working there and didn’t know about all the options/offerings.  That might have been the case with this guy.  If you go in, they will have a sample book of papers so you can see/touch the samples.

ETA: Their website says “envelopes available”

envelopes come in all different standard sizes.  I have tried Paper and More online for my special size & color envelopes.  Martha Stewart’s website people may also be able to help.

You can always order your paper and envelopes online for color continuity and then give them to the guys at kinkos to print–that way it will all be the same color. We had the kinkos people do our Save-The-Date Cards and they turned out great. I used envelopperinc.com for our envelopes, but they also sell paper and envelope liners, so you could potentially order everything from one place… Crane’s also sells lots of different kinds of nice paper with matching envelopes.
