    I’m doing one for mine, and a lot of people are really excited about it. I’m doing it all night, and getting big coolers for the ice.

    I was only going to do 3-4 but I ended up with 7 and contemplating buying a couple more, I know it will be too many though. 

     

    I have ginger, passion fruit, raspberry, mango, pomegranate, blood orange and tangerine. I’m contemplating cherry, lime and vanilla.  I’m really excited for them to come. If you want I can let you know how mine goes, and any things I’d change since my wedding is before yours.

    @mrsqueenb:  i think it’s a fun idea, but for 240 people it might be a nightmare. If it takes people 2 mins a piece, that means only 30 people/hour. So you would need to set up 8 stations to make sure everyone got served in a timely manner.
