I love it! We had a lavender toss, I bought small muslin drawstring bags and filled them with lavender and stamped “toss me” on each bag. I loved the scent of lavender as we walked back down the aisle as husband and wife – it was such a sweet moment. Let me know if you need any tips! I bought dried lavender from Save on Crafts, and it took about 1.5 lbs for enough for 150 people.

Very cute! My #1 venue choice is actually a lavender farm so obviously I love lavender lol :]

@Amsy28:  It is! I can’t wait to get engaged so I can finally show SO and see if he likes it lol. Also, IDK if this is an issue but have you cleared it with the venue that’s ok to throw the lavender? Does it seed or anything?

@Amsy28:  Yes, the scent will fade – but if you store them in something super air-tight, like freezer-size ziplock bags, then the scent won’t fade.
