I love the look of the lashes. Are you going for more of a natural look?

I dont know what kind of look you are going for but the only thing I would change would  be the lips. You have beautiful shaped lips but you need some liner and a darker shade. Amp those babies up!

Okay and maybe a bit more blush.

I think you should consider going a bit more dramatic, especially on the lips. Keep in mind that your makeup will probably show up a lot less in the photos, so it’s okay to wear a little more than normal.

I would pick a different shade for your lips.  I have a similar skin tone with lighter (more aburn) hair than you and I usually stick towards more natural tones or brown/reds.

Your eyes are beautiful, the lashes make your eyes bigger and I love the softness of your make-up. If I could change one thing it would be the lips, make them more dramatic since the rest of your face is so soft.

Wow you have pretty eyes! I agree with PP, play up your lips more but otherwise, you look great!

Love the lashes!  Since you have beautiful skin love the fact you are keeping your natural freckles. I agree with PP that your lips need to be played up more. I you may want to think of using a lip stain just to deepen them alittle too glossy sometimes doesn’t look right in photos.

Also I might suggest a little bit of blush on the apples of your cheeks just to highlight them a little more but honestly you are really beautiful so you don’t need too much

I’d go a little heavier all over. Love the lashes, I’d keep them! I think you’ve got a great base though! A great place to build up from

First, your DIY makeup looks amazing and you have gorgeous skin! What you’ve done so far is spot-on. The fake lashes are perfect and I love that you defined your brows.

I would amp up the blush a bit and find a slightly more pronounced lip color (I also wear only chapstick and had a hard time upgrading to actual lip-color for my wedding, but it was SO worth it!) Lastly, add a bit of liner along the outer 1/3 of your lower lash lines.

    Good luck!

I love the fake lashes!  I think your eyes look awesome, but definitely add a bit more to your lips!

If you prefer glosses over lipsticks (I do, too!), you should try some of the Revlon lip butters…they look a lot more “natural” and are easier to wear than lip sticks. I also really like Palladio tinted lip balms (sold at Sally’s) for the same reason. I love your eye makeup, I would just add a bit more to the lips and possibly a bit more blush (maybe try a cream blush to give you a natural, healthy finish since you seem to prefer a more natural look).

i actually love the lashes.  they look good on you.  i would add more eyeshadow to your lids and line the bottom of your eyes as well for more definition.

line your lips.  the upper lip: line just on the outside of the natural line and the bottom lip: line on the natural lip line.  this will make them look perfect.

for your first attempt, it looks great.  just remember that the camera will fade 50% of your makeup.

looks great.  i would add a touch more of everything..and possibly have a friend, etc take pictures of you out and about in different lighting so you can get a feel of how it’s going to show up on camera.  For my birthday party bash I went all out on makeup, but then in the pictures I was disappointed that I looked washed out.
