I think they both look lovely – if you go pro opt out on the false lashes! As others have said – not sure if it’s the lighting or the makeup but your skintone is more peachy in the professional photo. 🙂

I am getting mine done, for the sake that I won’t have to WORRY about one more thing.

You look wonderful in both photos!

I love how you did your own makeup, especially your eyes.  I do prefer how your skintone from the professional artist though.

Either way, you can’t go wrong!

@dreamer1288:  Looking at the photos again- I still like the peachy colors as I said earlier, but I actually like the way you did your foundation/powder better.  Maybe you can get something similar in tone to the lipcolor, eyeshadow, blush she used but still do it yourself?

I think you look great in both! And I totally think you can do it yourself! Especially if you’re used to doing makeup daily and have some time to practise. One thing I like about the pro pics is that your eyes seem a bit more open, I think because they had a lighter eyeliner on the bottom lid, especially close to the inner corner. I think that really helps your eyes pop – but you could totally do that yourself!

I like the blush, lipstick and eye makeup in the second picture best, but I like the eyelashes, foundation and brows in the first. I think you could do your makeup yourself just fine, I might play around a little more first!

You look more comfortable and happy when you do your own makeup, I definitely think you did a great job!

PS. Covergirl Exact Eyelights are tinted different colours so that they reflect the colour of your eyes. When I use the mascara it really shows the green in mine!

@dreamer1288:  you don’t need false lashes, they are nice enough as is. also the powder she used on you is a little too light and cakey, you don’t want to be too dewy on the day of because you’ll look shiny in pic, but you also don’t want your face to be chalky looking!
