Whatever you do, make sure you have a good primer.  That’s what will ensure your makeup stays put the whole day long.  I used Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer and LOVE it.  Definitely a good primer is a must.

I agree with Adira!  The primer is essential.  It will keep the make up in place for longer and it smooths out the finish.  Smashbox is my favorite too, they have several different options though.  One is for reducing redness, another for uneven skin tone, there’s one for photo’s.  I’d go to a Sephora, or even online and check them out.  I’d also get a powder to go over the liquid foundation.  It reduces any shiny-ness, and it sets the foundation. 

Also, I’d play around with false eye lashes, they make any look more glam.  You don’t have to go all out and have those big dramatic lashes if you don’t want to.  You can get the individual ones and place them wherever.  I think they’re awesome!
