    White for sure.  Sorry, but in the clear picture, the nails just look really dirty.

    I kinda think the line looks a bit like dirt in both options =

    Sorry don’t like either it looks like you have dirt under your nails!  I think you should go for a traditional French manicure.

    I have to agree with the stripe making your nails look dirty or like an incomplete manicure.  It may just have to do with the lighting you took the photos in though.  You’ll be the only one that can see that for sure.  Out of those two, I would choose the white, but I really feel that a traditional french manicure would look best.  If you’re looking for something a little different maybe a reverse manicure would be something to consider.

    I’m sorry, but I agree with previous posters, the line of metallic(?) glitter makes it look like the area under the nails is dirty. I’d stick with straight white. It is an awesome idea in theory, but not so much in action.

    I had a french mani/pedicure once, and instead of white, I went with some unusual color, and I swear every time I looked at my nails, I thought of hairy monster from the old Looney Tunes cartoons when Bugs Bunny did his nails.

    @LovelyLaura8:

    Which nail polishes are you using?

    I personally love using OPI’s Kyoto Pearl for the french manicure tips.  It’s a nice and silvery white, but can look pretty subtle depending on how you layer it.
