I love it! Although I just made a DIY aisle runner, so I also sympathize with you, because fastening those petals was the most miserable and time consuming experience of my life.

Op, I think it looks good. The silk petals do feel, well, not like silk, so you’re probably noticing it because you already know they have a more papery feel to them, but your guests won’t even think about it. It looks nice 🙂

I think it looks great! Also I love the idea of placing 2 strips of petals along the aisle. Might steal this!
