I did one per person and I think you can make them in any size.  I did an irregular size because it’s what I had leftover from making my invites.

Haruyou:  Our programs aren’t going to be formal. We are doing brochure style programs (size of a normal piece of paper, 8×11) that are more on the funny lighter side. They are going to be more or less to make our guests and give them something to read while they come in and wait for the wedding to start. We are doing 1 per guest attending the wedding. Our wedding party doesn’t need them, my fiance and I don’t need them but we’ll make sure there is enough for everyone to have their own to read them. We have them made, we just need to have them printed and folded. Here is a picture from our inspiration, we created our own front and inside and it turned out amazing!:

Haruyou:  We are doing 5.5 x 8.5 – so half of a letter size paper.  It will be front and back and we are printing one for each person since it includes the web address and password for the wedding photo site.  We are asking for an unplugged ceremony so we’ve offered to share ceremony pictures from the photographer on that site.

i designed ours to print on a regular size sheet of paper, which i’ll fold in half.

i plan to print one for each adult guest. if there are extras, i’ll recycle them.
