Maybe you could find a more time-friendly tutorial? I know there are a bunch out there.

My DIYs are going smoothly for the most part, but I feel like my DIY bouquet (made of wires & glass pearls) is KILLING the joints in my hands. :/ I have to take long breaks (as in days) from it to keep my hands from hurting!

Dude. My office looks like a DIY monster threw up.  My hands are killing me from stabbing myself with wire that I am wrapping tissue paper with for my pomanders, my back is killing me from hunching over to cut my DIY trifolds (I am crazy, I know) and I still have to glue 8 more.  I still have about 25 ribbon wands to complete, all my Bridesmaid or Best Man bracelets that I am making out of vintage costume jewlrey, and my feathers/netting hasn’t arrived yet for me to work on my birdcage veil.

I have my bouquet photo charms done for my sister and mom and I, and two of my bridesmaids’ hair fascinators.  I still have 3 more to go.

And, I am making our cupcakes for the wedding.

Typing this out, I really sound crazy.  I just am unemployed and have no life, so this is what I do with my time…I’d rather have a job.

I think I live in DIY hell.  Self-created though…

@crh1729:  Girl, I got a pile of DIY hell.  I learned that I am only able to do certain types of DIY, anything that takes talent…just not for me.

@thehoneybear: Use a drill! Seriously a life saver for a crystal wire bouquet.

@crh1729: While time consuming, your fabric flower looks really really cool! 🙂
