Awesome, you did an AMAZING job with the font by just eyeballing, I was going to ask if you used a stencil until I read that!

I am very impressed by your handwriting!  It looks perfect!  Also, barn wood is pretty cheap to buy if you end up needing more.  Craft stores have tons of barn wood frames too, so that might be neat to have a picture in too to keep the theme going.  I am thinking of doing something similar so I am using your post to brainstorm.  Hope you don’t mind!

@lolot:  Yes I love the pintrest signs!  I have found lots at thrift/antique stores.  All sorts of old signs and stuff made out of it that you can just pull apart.  I am in Colorado, are you?  Also, this website: http://www.save-on-crafts.com/wood.html has lots of birch wood pieces that I plan on using.  Looks really similar but just more square which could be good or bad depending on what you are writing on it.  Take a look at that web site though, because it sounds like our themes might be similar, and there are quite a few things I am getting from there.

@lolot:  Love it! After the wedding, you should hang the “drinks” sign on the wall in your kitchen, or better yet, behind a bar! Gotta buy a bar, if you don’t have one Wink
