FutureMrsHouy:  They are no longer in stock. I think you could do a DIY with an elegant silk chiffon flower easily enough.

I found decorated shoes on etsy that I fell in love with but they were 400 dollars! Way too much for me, so I decided to try to replicate them. I love how they turned out and it was really easy. And much cheaper too.

I got the flowers from fabricland. They came on a spool where you’d buy the lace or ribbon and then I threaded through them a little to scrunch them up and make them look more flower like. Then I just glued them on using Gem Tac. 😉
