    I ordered my Save the Date postcards from Vistaprint. Like you, I really only need 30 – 40 but I went ahead and got the 100 from them anyway. Just go a google search for “Vistaprint deals” and you’ll be able to get them for less. I don’t know how cheap you’re looking for, but I paid just under $20 shipped for mine.

    I know personal of a printer that will do increments of 25.

    I’m doing my own design and then printing them at home. I am going all DIY, although I’m not sure exactly what paper I will use. I’m still tossing around ideas.

    I had a designer make a concept for me and then I printed them on postcard sized magnets from vistaprint!

    I ordered 60 from Vistaprint no problem. I’m not sure why it is showing that you have to order at least 100. We did upload our own design though. Maybe that is why it was different. But we went through the same order process and it was considered a Save the Date in their system.
