I loooove your shoes!  Does anyone remember TheRen-she was strassing shoes too!  I wonder whatever happened to her and her shoes.  Any other posters know where she went?  I miss her posts!

@YSQueen:

Makes sense. I definitely want to splurge on shoes I crave because it is my wedding, but I know for a fact that I will wear them again quite consistently. I have bought this pair of Choos on Ebay and am thinking about strassing them with Volcano crystals.

I would only do the back and the portion of the front with the flat suede so there will be some contrast. I’m gonna wait till they arrive and see how they look in person. I might love them too much to strass 🙂

Thanks! I hope they are as beautiful in person 🙂

The price and colour of your shoes is just unbeatable. An incredible bargain.

Can you recommend an ebay seller for the crystals?

I was going to use Volcano, but the shoes have just arrived and they are absolutely stunning! I couldn’t bear to strass them. So I will be wearing strassless Jimmy Choos. Thanks for the recommendation though. I might end up strassing some flats for when my feet start aching.

Hey ladies,

Just discovered strassing and I’m OBSESSED! I had searched high and low for the ‘perfect’ non-bridey wedding shoe but couldn’t find anything, so I was planning on wearing these that I bought right after getting engaged:

I love them dearly…problem is, I wore them to my engagement party, and plan on wearing them to my bachelorette party in Vegas so they will be pretty “used” come my wedding day.

So now I’m considering strassing these:

I will be wearing a champagne gold sash, so I’d do them in a similar colored stone. Should I go for it? Anyone know how many crystals I’d need or have any other advice???
